I founded RM Luxury Consulting after more than 20 years of hands-on experience in sales—15 of those within the high-end furniture and design industry. From my early days as a design assistant to my role as CEO, I’ve held nearly every position in the business. That journey has given me a rare 360° perspective on what it truly takes to build, lead, and grow a successful luxury brand.

My career has been shaped by operational excellence, mentorship from global leaders, and a deep-rooted understanding of sales, leadership, and client experience. I’ve led growth and expansion for iconic European brands like Roche Bobois and Kartell, while also running my own design firm. Through it all, I’ve learned to combine strategic vision with tactical precision to drive measurable business results.

I’ve worked with boutique retailers and national players across the U.S., and one truth has stood out: while some brands are built to thrive, others simply need the right support to get there.
